A requirement can look perfectly reasonable on paper and still hide ambiguity, assumptions, missing information or conflicting stakeholder expectations. The curriculum follows the seven educational units of the current IREB CPRE Foundation Level syllabus and adds practical application exercises throughout. The IREB syllabus is the basis for the certification content; the practical exercises and ReqDrive activities are Baseline Skills' learning layer.
To help assimilate the tools and techniques learned, there is a mixture of various kinds of exercises throughout the course. A lively role play and case study help reinforce concepts learned. Students will need to be prepared for a high level of participation. Each participant will receive a comprehensive student guide complete with examples and workshop solutions.
